Hello - I'm Les Elms, I have been working with Transformational Breathing for a number of years. Initially having individual one-on-one sessions, this was followed by a complete seminar week with the founder of the modality Judith Kravitz. I found that it helped me to feel much clearer, both mentally and emotionally, it gave me a new direction and I also felt much healthier and energised.
It was then that I decided I would like to go further with the breath and share it with as many people as possible. To become a facilitator, further intensive training followed, again with Judith. I now work with many clients in differing parts of the Southwest. I am based in Teignmouth, South Devon. However, as well as working in South Devon I work throughout the region, with regular monthly visits to Bideford, Bristol, Glastonbury/Somerset, Plymouth and Cornwall.
As well as working with clients on an individual basis I also run workshops on my own and with other therapists ( please contact me for details ).
I am also trained in Reiki and can offer this as a separate therapy or as part of a breathing session. I am at present training in the Metamorphic Technique.
